Our Services

Fitness Assessment-Sports Injury Rehabilitation

If you play hard, sports-related injuries are almost inevitable. Our thorough head-to-toe identifies and corrects muscular imbalances and joint dysfunctions that predispose you to injury, and limit your performance.

In order to begin sports rehabilitation, a doctor’s referral is mandatory to rule out fractures or underlying medical conditions as the cause of your pain. Sports injury rehabilitation takes place in a gym setting on a one-on-one basis with a kinesiologist. Each session takes one hour. We utilize corrective exercises to fix muscular imbalances, and manual therapy to correct joint dysfunction.
